I loved my dress and the girl who sold me it, but after I paid the customer service from anyone else was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is not able to buy directly off the rack. Also, they recommended to all six of my bridesmaids to order 2 sizes above their normal size, and all six need to get their dresses altered to 2 sizes smaller. I just LOVE the ladies at Ellynne Bridal. This place is full of positive energy, eager bridal consultants and beautiful dresses. I was the photographer for the Ellynne Bridal photo shoot earlier this season that Chelsea headed, and just fell in love with the Ellynne Bridal crew as well as the gowns! So much so that I purchased my DREAM wedding gown here! I very much look forward to working again together in the future!
I went to Ellynes twice to look at dresses. Both times, I was helped by Anna and it was a great experience!! She did a great job helping me try on a wide assortment of dresses and she was always willing to help. The dresses at Ellynes are so much prettier than the typical bridal store! Also, they had a lot of dresses that fit my size so it was easy for me to visualize what the dress would look like on me. I can't wait for my dress and veil to come in! 😍
