Customer service sucks, claims they will install my transmission but won't do a service flush, mechanic wouldn't disclose information on what was wrong with the transmission, though I have legal documents saying he has to.
RecommendedAppt.s was to get.They always perform work quickly and correctly.
Nick is awesome! Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new ride.

I purchased my Super Duty about a year ago and couldn't be happier. I was just in for an oil change and the service dept. had me in and out of there in no time. The attention to detail is second to none and they always take time to explain everything on the service report.

I can't thank Ellsworth Ford enough for their excellent customer service and kindness they have shown me since I started doing business with them.
