Spacious apartment, quiet, well maintained, and the staff is outstanding! Plenty of resident event happy hour/meet and greets. Love it.
RecommendedIn June, I will have been living at Ellsworth Commons for 5 years. I have been very happy and comfortable here. I have a two bedroom, two bath apartment that is very spacious. It is quiet and my view is Luther Forest! The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly and professional. My small maintenance issues have been addresses quickly and to my satisfaction😊. I have to intention of moving any where else. Ellsworth Commons has become my home❤️
Very few handicap parking spaces. Outside steps have some loose blocks and seem to be disintegrating and parts of siding are missing here and there. That said with the amount of apartments here it is very quiet.
Location is very convenient . I have lived here for 4 years. The previous management company had their act together. The present company does not. Outside garbage is always overflowing, dead flies in the hall windows, fly nests in windows,stained rugs in hallways, dirty elevator, poorly written posts about snow removal, threats of towing cars, poor repairs in apartment. Property managers change way too often which should be a warning sign. I am completely dissatisfied with how this property is managed.
Nice place to live close to everything. Lots of turnover with tenants but no issues. Having the shops moving in and other businesses nearby make it a convenient place to be.
UNSAFE PLACE!!! Packages were stolen and they didn't care to catch the thief. So I am living with a thief right now. I am moving out! I suggest you too.
