These guys do a great job. Didn't feel like i was being "sold" a bunch of stuff i didn't need. I would highly recommend them!
They have done a great job putting in my new heating and cooling system! I had to have one of my indoor units looked at, and Mat was over the next day the problem was solved quickly! I have never had my house so comfortable Winter or Summer!
Fantastic experience with my first time using this company. They showed up same day, immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, and didn’t try to over charge me for things I didn’t need. They were a little hard to reach initially like other reviewers have mentioned but when they called me back, the woman was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
They fixed the problem with the fan on my furnace, BUT it was impossible to get a hold of them by the phone number posted on their website and even by showing up in person and knocking on their door. Besides the poor communication, the tech was very polite and did the job well.
We had a great experience working with Jason at Ellson. Anyone reading this knows how hard it is to get work done in the Gorge. Jason was willing to help get the job done whatever it took. They also showed up on time and completed the work as scheduled.
