Fantastic! Helped get us out of a situation with their tow truck! It was my fault 100% and he was so friendly to me! My pride is hurt and I may not live it down from my husband but so thankful nothing was damaged!

When asking around about who I could take my Equinox to for a 2nd opinion, I was referred to Elliston Repair (1st opinion was the car dealer but it's now out of warranty, of course). I called ER and they said they'd look at it. The person that called me back regarding what he found was very knowledgable and professional and explained the situation. Everything about my experience today surpassed all expectations! I have a bad (and expensive) habit of trading in vehicles instead of fixing them. I finally made the responsible decision and took my Jeep to Elliston Repair. The first issue I thought I had turned out to not be an issue at all, and Aaron's honesty was much appreciated. I gave the approval to fix the second issue and, as promised, the part came in and my Jeep was ready to be picked up shortly thereafter! My final cost was even less than I was quoted.
