Have done great work for us. Today was great. They had our job scheduled to be completed by tomorrow but when another job got postponed, they bumped us up and got our car ready before they promised. Parts came in less than quoted, so they adjusted our bill. Appreciate the hard honest work they do. Definitely will be back. And have already referred friends here who were also pleased. Elliston put the wrong size tires on than what was specified and paid for. I do appreciate them calling me and advising that they made an error, when trying work out the details they were less than nice on the phone and even worse in person. Not very customer service like when they made the error, not the customer. I was trying to keep my money local and to a small business, but I will not return. My first and last time my Jeep will go there.
Triple A used them to give me a tow. Their driver refused to haul my vehicle. The next towing company had no trouble putting my vehicle on their truck. Then Elliston tested a battery that won't hold a charge overnight and siad it was better than new. i still need triple A to replace may battery. I've jumped it twice since, four times before their testing.
