I highly recommend using Ellis and Ellis and Team in helping with any and all IRS situations one might encounter.
Major scam. Do not do business with these guys. They made promises and even in writing and it did not mean a thing, because they would not honor their promises. They make lots of guarantees and then once they have your money, they will just keep finding ways to make you pay. Do not be fooled by any fixed fees they have. It's not true.
