RecommendedEllison is a great apartment complex. Beyond great apartments, the clubhouse, gym, pool area, grilling area, and rooftop patio are amazing. And extras, like covered parking and the trash valet service really make it a convenient place to live. With the close proximity to downtown, this is one of the best places in Greenville to live.

RecommendedI have only lived here for one week but it’s the best apartment building rental experience I’ve had in my life. The staff is wonderful. Tessa is a very supportive and gracious manager. I feel very lucky to be here and to have found this place in my inaugural move to Greenville.
We just moved in 2 weeks ago and have enjoyed the staff, the residents, the amenities and the wonderful location. This is a true apartment COMMUNITY. I have never felt so welcomed in an apartment as I have in this one. The people are great including the staff!!! Best apartment in town by far!!!!!
Ellison on Broad is amazing! Great rooms, great staff, great amenities, and great events. Also, it is right in the heart of Greenville so you can literally walk from the apartment community to all the downtown attractions! My wife and I just moved in and are having a blast meeting all the other residents.
Ellison on Broad is the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. Their staff has a blatant disregard for basic customer service. They have piss poor follow through and have mishandled resident finances to a degree that is criminal. They are charging a premium for their apartments yet their degree of customer service is comparable to what I would imagine government subsidized housing is.
