Mike had them trapped & removed within a week & a half, providing excellent service scheduling trap set up, follow-up baiting, & trap adjustment when the original placement proved unfruitful. Mike is very nice to deal with, and has always provided great service and advice. He's been out to remove snakes and a bat, and several years later provided advice about a noise in the wall, and he has always responded quickly and with the utmost professionalism.
