I have been taking my mother, who has Dementia Alzheimers', to Dr. Hedaya since 2017. Dr. Hedaya is very patient and has warm and caring bedside manners. He takes the time to talk to you and explain things. He makes me feel that he really cares about my mother's condition. When we arrive, we might wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes, and that's pushing it. The doctor seems good but everytime I come there is no one to check me in. I end up waiting 20-30 mins because I guess she is on break. A couple times the actual doctor had to come and get me. This will be my last visit. This has become a waste of my time. I take off of work for these appointments.
Waste of time and money. First and last visit.
