Excellent customer service!! Team does a great job cutting front and back yards. Always have a pleasant smile and open to communicating to clients about greener and healthier grass. Calling Ellis customer service Shanty always sounds pleasant and eager to help clients.
Ellis Services completed my yard (~100sqft) project on 05/01 to include clean-up (removal of old pavers which I dismantled except for about 8 sqft of them), de-weeding, grading, and installment of a paver/ marble rock design. After receiving 5 quotes from different groups (labor only as I have access to materials) ranging from $600 to $2k, I choose this group expecting a seemless experience since they were local.
