My mom has had a unit with them for 5 years. I just moved here and was shopping around for the best place and best price. After actually seeing my mom's unit I decided to get one here as well. The staff up front was so friendly. We instead are upgrading to a bigger unit for the lowest price in Oakdale and Riverbank and they are holding one for us without a bunch of extra hoops to jump through or more money. I love this storage place with the old owners and the new owners. It stays clean. I've never had an issue with anything being broken into or any things stolen and no one's ever given me any attitude. If I have a family trip we're going on and need to grab some stuff at hours of non operation, all I have to do is call and they'll arrange some kind of plans.
