My Mother is very happy at Ellis Residential, and was previously at Ellis Rehab. Nurses are wonderful.
My grandfather was placed here for rehab two weeks ago. Just got out thank god! As a current nursing person in the family, it was hard to see my grandfather in this place. One reason is because the call lights are ridiculous! First night there took 25 mins to answer a light. Okay fine I understand short staff, etc but it’s not funny to have people sit in their own feces for over 25 mins. Terrible experience! No teamwork and the administration could care less about their employees! BEWARE! This place has rude staff( RN’s,LPN’s, housekeeping, laundry, administration, CNA’s, etc)
My 98-year-old friend was in good health but needed rehab for a fall. After a couple weeks at Ellis Rehab, she was rushed to the ER with a UTI, double pneumonia, and COVID. The doctors say she won't live. That lousy staff at Ellis Rehab killed my friend!
