Have been seeing Doctor Ellis since my baby was born and had no complaints. Was always pleasant, reassuring and understanding . My visit this past week was nothing like I before and instead of doing a review I messaged her directly about how I felt and didn't even receive an acknowledgment of the message or a simple apology. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ellis at Ellis Pediatrics. As a new mom, every little thing seemed like a huge worry, but Dr. Ellis always knew how to calm me down and reassure me that everything was going to be alright. I really appreciated how patient she was with my daughter, and how she could tell when I was feeling anxious. She always took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and comfortable. The staff there is amazing too!
