Tried to find an emergency maintenance there was a huge wasp nest at the pool and the fans don't work for one week. Once you buy a home here have a nice life. There answering machine at their main office is full, no phone number for emergencies they could Give a s..t less about anything. At the swimming pool is a phone for 911 but they don't repair maintenance or property issues good job D.R. Horton way to post an emergency phone number for the property management.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and please don’t buy a DR Horton home. We have had nothing but issues. The superintendents are unresponsive and ours quit and we didn’t know until months later. Almost a year in and still having countless issues they have no fixed under the warranty and they continue to ignore our texts and calls. All of my neighbors have had numerous issues with their homes and every-time someone hears about my struggles with our new home they automatically ask if it is DR Horton. Wish we... read more
