Bunch of incompetent losers. I was repeatedly told that the ELBOW PAIN I had was related to a pinched nerve in my neck and/or shoulder. After multiple tests, x-rays and MRI's I was told, "It's not your neck so I can't help you." Again, I was having ELBOW PAIN. So I went to The Bone & Joint center and within 30 seconds the problem was diagnosed as the ulnar nerve in my ELBOW. Magic right? Good riddance to these idiots.
This place is a joke! You miss one appointment and they “fire” you as a patient. Call ok the weekend for an emergency? Be prepared to be hung up on when you’re explaining what’s going on. This place is nothing but a bunch of money hungry doctors that want a Medicaid check and couldn’t care less about the people they are seeing!
If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. I am an RN employed by Ellis and am sad to say the treatment I received at the neuroscience center was substandard. I agree with other reviewers that returned calls never happened. It was often difficult to get appointments and I had to contact a patient representative in order to get a follow-up appointment That I had to have in order to get my migraine injections. It shouldn’t be such a struggle and hardship to get the care you need.
