Robbie has a terrible attitude and provides some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. It’s clear when someone isn’t used to having authority, and unfortunately, the owner seems to allow her to treat customers disrespectfully without any accountability. Please repair your credit and utilize it to the best of your ability—this buy here, pay here is a complete rip-off!
Bring Alyssa Back – This Place Has Gone Downhill! Robbie is extremely rude and unprofessional. She constantly threatens to cut off my car even when payments are made, and she often claims she hasn’t received payments without properly checking.
