I just removed all of my children from Ellis's schedule. My son had an appointment today which we forgot about. That is my fault and I accept responsibility for that. However, he could not be rescheduled because this was his "second broken appointment". 11 months ago I cancelled his appointment at the start of Covid and because he had a cold (cancelled for the safety of the employee's of Ellis). We have been religiously going to Ellis for 4 years now. And they just dropped him. I understand policy... but it's a joke. 4 years... read more
