My mother passed away five years ago. I had wanted to reset her engagement ring into something that was more modern and suited my style, but I didn't want to trust it to just anyone. Everyone is so nice & helpful. My husband bought my emerald engagement ring & I chipped the stone a year later. We took the ring in & had the stone replaced plus they were able to set the chipped stone in a necklace. I was super excited. We won't shop anywhere else. Thanks to all.
