They transfer you and transfer you to different people as if no one wants to do their job! Everyone who’s answered the phone sounds extremely ghetto and like they hate their job. They hung up on me twice and when I finally got through they had me on hold for over 30 minutes I had to hang up and call again and demand! That they get me through to my mother.
