Every staff member we came in contact with were so friendly and helpful! Especially the valet Keith! He was super helpful and offered top notch customer service! The ladies at the desk were also very friendly. The room is well stocked, clean and plenty big enough for a couple
My best friend and I stayed for one night to go to a concert at State Farm Arena. The hotel staff is top notch and so helpful. The location is wonderful and close to lots of attractions. We highly recommend!
Keith the valet is helpful, kind and the staff as a whole are very accommodating. I'll definitely be staying here over the Westin. There's plenty within walking distance amd Atlantic station is only 3 miles away
Hotel valet parking is worse they scratched the whole 5feet couple of those and back and front both scratches somehow this makes me think the driver is noob. And didn't heard from management after complaining to them. So far bad experience wouldn't recommend. Update : tried to reach out hotel multiple times they said they would reach out to me to solve the issue but never did so. No accountability no customer service, worst experience.
