Would give negative stars if possible. Horrible and disgusting service. Refusing to supply medication for days causing horrible withdrawals and refusing to refill prescription. The person who we need to call to get them is never available and the emergency hotline was closed. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic place, they need to get their act together if they actually want to help people.
After being referred here from inpatient at 4 winds for medication management & counseling, I was railroaded into either giving up my outpatient ptsd specialists, which I need for my recovery & wellbeing, or being ousted from the program. I refused to give in to their unreasonable & frankly unethical & perhaps even illegal demands and I was promptly & unceremoniously dropped from treatment with no med refills or provider and 0 referrals. Been going here since 2016 my mom went there too. Never have I had a disrespectful worker there, they treat you with kindness with in reason. My therapists are always and still go out of their way to help me in most facets of my life, their jobs is to help you with your mental illness not to find jobs or to do the work for you. And in that respect sometimes they go above and beyond. If you get a receptionist let alone a doctor that can't comprehend your issues and get you help immediately, you're screwed. It's all up to you to manage whatever discomfort you're in. They are overbooked and some are apathetic to your issues. I really hope I can calm down eventually because I'm livid which isn't helping my current problems. A complete joke.
