I hate that I have to even give it 1 star, made my mental health worse
Would give negative stars if possible. Horrible and disgusting service. Refusing to supply medication for days causing horrible withdrawals and refusing to refill prescription. The person who we need to call to get them is never available and the emergency hotline was closed. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic place, they need to get their act together if they actually want to help people.
After being referred here from inpatient at 4 winds for medication management & counseling, I was railroaded into either giving up my outpatient ptsd specialists, which I need for my recovery & wellbeing, or being ousted from the program. I refused to give in to their unreasonable & frankly unethical & perhaps even illegal demands and I was promptly & unceremoniously dropped from treatment with no med refills or provider and 0 referrals.
