Idk why this hospital treating was so low. Honestly I went to Saratoga hospital last night and left because care was subpar was there for 5 hrs and 4/5 I was on a bed in the hallway. And I never got to see doctor. Still felt bad so I tried Ellis, I told them my problems and they were boots on the ground immediately to help my pregnant out of town self feel better. Nurses were attentive, doctor really listened. Glad I chose different rather than going back to the previous hospital.
Mind numbingly aggrivating. Only reason there's two stars is because any employee that helped me was extremely nice and personable. I had two examinations scheduled one after another 04/09/26. I show up and I'm informed that the second examination was cancelled. No call, no documentation, no apology, just "the secretaries will make that mistake". I was given a number to call to reschedule. my boyfriend was brought in by ambulance and he was just wheeled into the waiting room- where i was before him. while he was in severe pain they made him sit in a chair for four hours and hardly treated him. had to bring him back hours later because his symptoms got worse and was discharged without any diagnosis. treat then street hospital. they are waiting for a lawsuit.
Do NOTTTT recommend if I could give 0 stars I would everytime I’ve come here since a young teenager there HAS ALWAYS been issues. The staff have HORRIBLE attitudes and treat the patient's like garbage . They placed me in a room with another female who then started arguing with me and they then sent me out of the hospital even though I was brought there in an AMBULANCE without treatment and without checking on me due to another girl starting an argument.
