They don't care about people at all, they rather stand in the hall outside the room talking crap with each other then take patients seriously
They do not care about their patients at all no more Get same for about 20 hours to 95 hours honestly basically wasted a whole day completely pissed off Would not recommend going there at all got a better chance in Albany men or Saint peters Hospital
We were put in a room for taking blood samples and sat in one of those blood taking chairs that are super uncomfortable. The floor had small blood spatter on it and they allowed a patient's BARE FEET to touch that floor, with healing toe wounds. The nurse was pleasant but it was baffling how this was just OK to do. They failed to identify a complex patient and missed the Flu B diagnosis that PCP caught the very next day. THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT ER PARKING ONLY. Shame on those who park in the ER PARKING only spots that are NOT even in the ER. So many entitled people. So many. When one has had a never ending bout of pneumonia, breathing is a struggle as is catching one’s breath. Because ER parking is nonexistent, I’m ready to collapse by the time I get to the ER. Literally. Ellis, FO SOMETHING! I can’t be the only victim of such selfishness.
