This company has taken care of my HVAC needs for many years. Response time is prompt and customer service is wonderful.
Beware! This company was hired to install a mini split, and as part of the work they used Sheetrock anchor bolts (no stud used) and the unit with minimal use has vibrated and fell off the wall causing a loss of all refrigerant and damage to the wall. When given the opportunity to come and correct their unprofessional workmanship, their response was “What would you like us to do? Upon returning home from a weekend trip. I found my A/C not working at 11:00 p.m. on a Sunday. To summarize, I learned I had a serious problem. Called Ellis the next morning at 8:00 and spoke with a young lady advising her of the situation. Her response, Tyler will be calling you in a few minutes.
