Best landlord, and rental I’ve had so far. I moved from Orlando… was having trouble at first ( Not with Ellis Rental) moving in but the landlord handled what needed to be handled and after that it has been great.
This company is useless! I would not hire them for any of your HOA needs. They cannot obtain a simple lease agreement. Instead, they allowed us, their own tenants, to be locked out of the gate to our gated community, restricting access to our home where we just paid on the lease. I have been calling Linda Ellis all day and she has not returned my call or my husbands phone call. I guess we have to get a hotel until she obtains a lease she can easily obtain and which we do not have access to. Useless!
I have found this company to be unprofessional. They do not keep deadlines and do not respond to calls.
Awful awful awful! Choose anyone else if you want your house sold! Anyone else!
