Expect to sit on hold for at least 30 Minutes and sometimes they don’t even answer. Worst practice I’ve ever dealt with.

I been calling once a week for 2 years nobody answers phone .when I walked in they acted like I had a zombie virus and threw me out

If I could give zero stars I would. When my family first. Moved here I was told to try Ellis dental clinic. That was 5 years ago. The red flags should have stopped me but they needed forms for school. Trying to get a person on the phone to make, view, or change an appointment Is next to impossible you would think it’s the best in the area because the call volume. I was on hold to speak to anyone with tooth pain 10/10. For over an hour and no one ever came to the phone. I finally h/u after 5:10pm. What kinda clinic is this? Worst phone service ever. Could be dead before you get through. Idk?
