unorganized, I told them I was coming to buy the car the day before, I asked if I needed to call and say what time I would be arriving, they said no, it would be ready. When I got there the car was still being washed and the paperwork was not ready. we say around for about an hour.They could not find the second key fob or the mats that came with the car.
Advertising a car they no longer have on the lot.
Car sold, the dealership let me know right away.
Over the phone and Internet seemed like it would be a good place to buy a car, but beware! We drove over 2 hours to get there to find they had been dishonest about items on the vehicle and when asked about them they just acted as if they didn't care? There are far too many dealers out there to waste your time here!
Didn't seem to have the time to talk with me. Didn't want to even give me a price for a trade on my vehicle.
All the cars we looked at were scratched and dirty and they were selling them as is so we left immediately.
Car is listed as a one owner but the owner is a rental car company. Who knows how many types of drivers have used it.
