I bought an old '04 Cavalier from him. Initial cost was $2,400, but he hadn't had time to fix the clutch. He told he it would last 2-3 weeks without replacing it. Clutch replacement would cost $800. He let us buy it from him for $1,600. 3 weeks later, literally on the way to my mechanic to get the clutch replaced the clutch died. His prediction was spot-on. He was honest about the car upfront. Good guy to buy a car from if you are looking for that lower price-point.
