Ellis Tree Service was behind due to weather. certainly understandable. they called or messaged every moment of the way to make sure i knew what time they would be there . when they got to my property they told me everything that was going to happen and got right to the job. trimmed and cut the tree to perfection being careful around hedges and shrubs near by. I would recommend this tree service to anyone. great experience.
Got this tree service out to clear the view for Starlink and address a dying tree. Not verbally, but their technique was so good, they almost talked the tree down with nary a cut. Their work was high quality and they cleaned up afterwards. You can tell Greg enjoys the work, and also takes safety seriously. What I valued most was the pre job communication - hard to find people these days that actually respond and turn up when they say they will.
I don't know what the deal is with this business... I requested a quote through their website and a few days later I was contacted by a tree service of a different name that I had never heard of. That service had no website that I could find and has seemed a bit shady. It appears that this company is just selling leads. I would avoid it.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reputable and affordable tree service. The staff is very informed about trees, but what really stuck out was their fair pricing structure and how quickly they were able to complete the job without compromising quality or safety.
They did a great job trimming our three large trees. The team was helpful and efficient; they explained what his crew would do before showing up to perform it, and they were careful with their work making sure not to harm any of my plants or flowers underneath them. Overall we had a wonderful experience working with them— I highly recommend it!
