total loss Extremely picky when it comes to parts. Parts must be touched by the hand of god before shipment to them.
Yeah... Aren't they supposed to FIX damage? I released my car from the towing yard to Ellis and Salazar on the First of October. It is the 25th now (this work was not supposed to take nearly a month) and they called me today to let me know my car was "ready".. Their standard of work is drastically BELOW average. My car had additional paint damage which upon informing them of this they told me that it was from rocks on the highway. It is SO obviously NOT from that (and one of their own employees noted that it wasn't from rock... read more
well never go there again I took my car there over two and half months ago and still have yet to get my car back. I was told the repairs were going to range around $6,000.00 give or take a couple hundreds without claiming on my insurance. I was told that my car would be ready by no later than Oct.12 well that date came and left and no car. I was told that they had been sent a wrong part and that it would be ready today the 15Th. So I called down there yesterday to make sure that everything was on schedule and was told yes an... read more
sexist car shop I took my car in to Ellis & Salazar to get a scratch on my bumper fixed, but left without them fixing my car because I was so bothered by what happened while I was there. First, I heard 2 employees making derogatory comments about females. Then, the person in front of me in line was picking up their car and the repairs went dramatically over the estimate that he was given. We recommend them Nobody ever likes the ideas of needing a body shop however in Austin it's almost inevitable. We had a great experience here recently and recommend them.
