I have been a member for over 2 years and love it! Without doubt, it's the best program / facility that I have been a member of. The coaches are very knowledgable and supportive. They really help with form to maximize the benefit of the exercise as well as personal safety. I love the focus on both exercise and nutrition. The members are great to workout with. I recommend Ellipse - Neenah!
