We couldn’t have been more happy today with Luke!! Woke up to heat not working, within a few hours he was here and had our heat working again!! Great guy!! Thank you so much for your help today!! We appreciate you!!!
They did an amazing job coming out and fixing errors from a previous company. We had Peterman Brothers out the same day and they could not fix the issue but our technician, Luke, fixed it and was incredibly professional and informative.
Luke was knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond to check the status of our warranty.
The repair began with an emergency situation that occurred while I was 1300 miles away from home. Joe's response was immediate, saving me from what would have been a major event. He was thorough in his explanations and got the problem handled at the least possible expense. He was outstanding!
