I wanted to express how much we enjoyed working with Ben. He was extremely courteous and professional. He was adept at juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities and never appeared frazzled. He took paius to explain the difference between the tire tire options and was patient, even after we changed our minds. As a mom with a toddler, I especially appreciated the efforts he made to interact with my child.
