Whenever my tempermental car decides to break down AGAIN, I rush over to this Goodyear location! Steve has been such an amazing mechanic, I trust that him and his coworkers are always attempting to get my car up and running as fast as possible. Unlike other automotive companies, they quote fair prices and reccommend the essential repairs in order for my car to keep on keepin' on! I'm so happy to have found such a wonderful automotive shop in the Seattle area - you can't go wrong at this location!
The team at Goodyear really made my year. They found me the tires for my car and when I had a leak they contacted the dealer and found out it was still under warranty. They are honest and do great business!
I came in first thing in the morning just before they opened and Steve and Ben were there to help me get a match tire on my car which had a total flat from a rupture in the sidewall. Steve offered to get a perfect match tire shipped and installed before noon, but I went with the fast option. I was done in 1 hour as promised.
The people that work at Elliott Tire and Service are the best. They listen to their customers, answered all of my questions and are extremely knowledgeable. Great timely service as well.
Ryan was great!! I'm threw with Bellevue Chrysler Jeep and will come to Elliott for service. Dealership serviced my car 3 weeks ago and did not check tires obviously. i.e. worn, leaking, and a nail!!!!
