I will always remember how nice the man behind the counter at the Elliott Tire & Service Center in Woodinville was to us in December 2005. We were having a run of bad luck and when it seemed like things couldn't get any worse we heard something hissing from our van. We picked up a nail in our tire. When we couldn't find a gas station that could help, we found Chris at Elliott Tire was still open and he fixed our tire for free. They were explaining to me what was wrong with my car and it was easy to understand. They treated me as an equal not just a customer.
They provided good information about my car while it was at the shop and when I got my car back. Great updates and communication. Highly recommended!!!
Fantastic service! They call you when your car is ready for pick up and its always when you expect it to be. No complaints.
A Car Shop That Cares – They explained what had to be done for sure right now to get the car running again and let me know what could be put off till later and we worked it out financially part of it that way also. They want you to come back. But they really want you to know they care. And during these tough times everyone wants someone to care.
They Worked With Me! – It is clear Elliott tire is all about fixing your car, but they are also about working with you when you can't afford to fix the car. Our town and country was down and out. They checked the car out and told me what need to be done. When I told them I couldn't afford all that needed to be done they worked with me financially!
