STAY AWAY! If you live in Portsmouth DO NOT GO TO PEPBOYS FOR TIRES. Made an appointment and ordered tires on internet a week in advance and used their site to select size. Arrived five minutes early to appointment and had to wait and when I was waited on they said 1 hour plus or minus. I told the man I was going for coffee and would be back in 15-30 min and provided my cell number should there be any issues.
