This was my first visit, I was very impressed with Dr. Kimberly, and look forward to her recommend concerning my hearing.
Dr Elliott was very helpful in her examination and the explanation of her findings during my appointment. She offered some advice and I will return at a later date to discuss my options.
We waited for an hour and 45 minutes for my 9 month old baby to be seen by Dr. Elliot for a hearing test. Everyone in the waiting room was seen before us two times over. After speaking with the receptionists twice to check on how long it would be until the doctor saw us, we decided to cut our losses and go home. The receptionists were very nice and handled the situation professionally but I understand they can only do so much. There was clearly an issue happening in the back with the nurses and doctor. Very disappointing.
