My family recently purchased an Elliott Homes property in Ocean Springs for our mother. Working with Elliott Homes has been an absolute pleasure. Their staff are kind and courteous, responsive, and they delivered the house ahead of schedule. I can’t imagine a better buying experience.
I’ve called, text, and sent multiple emails about some issues. I been doing this since my 6 month evaluation of my home. They was supposed to address the issues. I don’t recommend buying tankless hot water heater wasted of money. I have issues with it all the time. I’m just so disappointed. I spent a lot money for my home. Once you move in. It’s a act of congress to get stuff done if it’s not emergency situation.
Bought an Elliot home and have found several issues which they refuse to mitigate. Tried settling issue through my real estate agent with no success. Outside gas lamp has insufficient flame, tankless hot water heater supplies cold water in the middle of taking a shower, etc..

I bought my Elliott home new in Feb 2014. I continually had issues with the AC unit in the attic leaking. Unfortunately I was told by the AC repair company I contacted that a PVC pipe kept breaking. That was BS. I found out when I finally contacted another company in March 2018 that the drip pan was cracked and had been cracked since installation. Also it was leaking coolant. am giving one star because I couldn't select no stars and still be able to write a review. I bought this home in 2005 in Stone Creek (Rancho Cordova). Watched it being built. Well...thereafter I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that was from a leaky connection between pex (plastic tubing for plumbing) and the copper manifold they attach to. We purchased an Elliott Home almost 3 years ago. The build process was a challenge to put it mildly. There were many upgrades we purchased that were overlooked by the subcontractors. For example, we chose to eliminate the tub in the master to allow for a larger closet. The plan was ignored and our shower was initially in the closet. It was corrected but many many more of these "upgrades" were more of a stress than they were worth. We also upgraded our front door to the iron door. HUGE mistake.
