It’s been over 20 years since we moved into our Belmont home in River Oaks, in Galt. We have loved the house since the first day we walked through it. Elliott has always been very responsive to any and all questions we ever had. Recently I had an issue with my exterior doors due to settling. This house is over twenty years old, the warranty expired ten years ago-BUT I was given the same great service as we received when we first took ownership. I lived in an Elliott home in Sacramento . There was s problem with my laundry room. Straight from the top Mr Elliott, instructed his employees to fix it immediately and of course they did. Other than that problem, the quality of the construction of my home was excellent . The design was a great room concept beautiful. We bought in 1999, and unfortunately had to sell in 2003. We haven’t had a better home since. I so wish I could live in another Elliot home.❤️❤️❤️
