The staff is friendly, courteous; making you feel "at home" from the moment you enter the office. Time is taken to explain what to expect prior to the start of, and during the performance of procedures. Dr. Elliott is very good about making patients as comfortable as possible, and often asks how you're doing, during procedures. I have found all of the staff members very helpful, and easy to deal with.
I had a very good and thorough visit at Elliott Family Dentistry this afternoon. This was my first visit to this Dentist. My Hygienist, Vickie was very welcoming, took time to explain each procedure, and introduced me to new technology as she carried out her work. Dr Elliott reviewed her work, addressed my questions, and put me at ease about recommended follow up work. The front office staff were very helpful and cheerful. It was clear to me that the entire office really worked well together!
It was amazing. I got lost which made me late. Your staff was so warm and managed to take me at 3pm. They helped find a nice place to go. I thoroughly enjoyed the waiting store. Jamie my dental assistant was efficient and helped me relax. Overall it turned out to be a memorable experience. You and your staff were amazing. Thank you all for a wonderful day. God bless you all.
Dr Elliott & his dental staff are the very best. He is gentle and so professional as is his staff. They keep you informed of all the steps in a dental procedure. And they take excellent care of my teeth and mouth. 5 Star rating! Super stars!
