3 hours to get materials its insane!
Very unprofessional, always understaff never can get the right material.
Sales Rep are normally nice but maybe she was having a bad day but super rude ive been shopping with Elliot for over 10 years she refuse to take a new order after they messed my order up.
The worst store in Dallas ft worth. Take so long to get my material. Please get your material from another store.
