Will Call has the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. I placed an order online the day before. I then called to ensure my order was ready for pickup, and after providing the order number and verifying the name on the order, will call told me all items were pulled and ready for pickup. I hate this place, if you need a cut wire you have to wait forever, employees are very lazy.
