Sheyla was helpful for the beginning stages of the process by helping us learn more about a rental and setting up a tour for it. Then we worked with Giorgio, who was also very helpful in the process leading up to the move in. He was able to help with all of the hiccups and get us the answers we needed. It is clear that Giorgio put in the time and effort to make this a successful process. We are happy with the service we received from both Sheyla and Giorgio.

Managing a rental property while living overseas can be challenging, and while a few situations required extra coordination, everything was ultimately handled properly and closed out smoothly. I especially want to recognize Helen, who was consistently professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Her clear communication, reliability, and willingness to help made managing the property from abroad much easier. Overall, a positive experience.

I would like extend my gratitude to Helen Jackson our Maintenance Manager with Elliott & Eijo Group. She assisted us with a HOA issue, not only by providing great customer service, but she took care of the problem within the same day. All her actions clearly demonstrate how much she cares not only for the tenants but also for the homeowners. Sheyla was outstanding assisting us with an available home to rent in Lakeland! We are currently in the application process. We faced getting approval to have our dog and Sheyla was paramount to get us past the first stage. She really understands how dogs really are part of the family. We are excited about this particular home and are hopeful for full approval. Sheyla does a great job and her dedication to company and customers is evident.
