Neighborhood was very nice and quiet, and Neighbors were very friendly. My only issue is sometimes when it comes to Maintenance it took some time time to get fully completely, ive had several issues with the a.c, front door repairs, and plumbing that took months to be fixed. I'm the end they were still very accommodating when trying to fix the issue. Helen was more than helpful towards the end of my lease when there was plumbing issues. Thank you

Excellent company for landlords and tenants. Helen has been awesome with helping coordinate maintenance on my properties and ensuring getting the job done right at a fair price. Highly recommended if you’re looking to get some of your time back but still having your investment taken care of.

My tenants decided to end their lease. I decided to sell my investment home. Helen was instrumental during this transition. She is knowledgeable, organized, highly communicative, and genuinely caring. Despite the tenants having not returned the keys as yet. she arranged contractor visits to give me estimates and offered valuable advice. I have had the pleasant experience of working with Giorgio Guzman, from Elliott & Eijo, with the process of applying to rent a half a duplex to receiving approval and getting the keys to the property and becoming a tenant.
