1) Rough neighborhood & location for any company 2) Young 30 something guys running the place with no concept of construction. Not surprised to see multiple recurring ads on Indeed. I got called twice and chose to stop by only because I was on the way to LAX Not recommended to do business. Avoid if possible. C+++
