Nice quiet building that is well maintained.
I’ve been living here for over two years now. It’s a quiet building, and the management team responds quickly compared to other places I’ve lived in. We also don’t get crazy rent increases every year.
I wrote a lot because all the reviews I read before moving here are old or useless. At first glance, this place seems affordable for the area. But the only amenity is a rooftop. Personally I find that it’s overpriced especially if you require a parking spot. PROS: I don’t have much to say about this place that’s positive. Relatively quiet, loved being so close to the Seattle Center for walks, and having AC. Despite being very close to CPA, I couldn’t hear noise from any concerts. No bugs in the apartment. Felt safe. Cherry from the office is often unresponsive to calls, texts, and maintenance requests, so issues sometimes don’t get escalated properly. If you’re considering moving here, be aware that management is unhelpful, and the internet, elevator, and water outages are repetitive with no plan for permanent fix.
