If you want to get lost in the system and treated like a number, go the Elliot. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. Lost test results, lost referrals, forgot to send in my prescriptions many times. They changed my PCP multiple times without telling me. They unknowingly prescribed meds that may cause serious side effects, then when the side effects happened, they had no idea why and KEPT prescribing them. PERMANENT DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY THIS. This place used to care about it's patients but I am beginning to rethink it. If you are usually healthy and only need physicals then Briarwood is tolerable but the staff and nurses are terribly moody. Dr. Chase has been professional to me but having to deal with her nurse's is a nightmare. The feeling I get is that this is an office were nurses and secretaries speak about their patients and gossip all day.
