I have been going since my kids were little and never had an issue with any departments or doctors. Our family doctor is very good. Dr Dow is excellent and my whole family goes to him even my grand kids. It’s been about 25 years plus and never ran into a problem with billing either.
I share a review with others regarding their billing process - and paid a 100$ copay at the time of visit, to later receive what I am now told is a second 100$ copay for seeing the physician. I can not recommend use of their Urgent Care facility for this reason; you are better off using another urgent care facility.
They don’t know how to tip their drivers lol
Nice facilities
All they wanna do is just push pills on people and not actually fully listen to what actually helps melt the most and I’ve just been being ran around this whole entire time for weeks And all Dr. Oliver wants to do is push pills on his patients instead of actually listening to the actual patient
