Dr. Irish Benjamin is the best!
I normally never take the time to write these but I have become incredibly frustrated. My kiddo usually only goes to the doctor once a year because he is relatively healthy so I have only met with the Dr. once. She was sweet and kind and I really liked her. But recently my son had to take a trip to the er because he had pneumonia, I have tried for three days and have left several messages to set up an appointment for a follow up and I was never called back. Each time I call I am told the same thing and then no one follow up.... read more
RecommendedDr. Benjamin is the best. She’s always responsive and helpful when in need or during an emergency situation. She’s personable and gets to the point of the problem and questions. She is someone who is great with kids and in the correct profession.

Dr. Kathy Irish-Benjamin was my kids pediatrician when she was at St. Elizabeth’s in Utica. She transferred her practice to Rome and I followed her there. From Rome, she transfers here in New Hartford and, again, I followed her. � That should tell you how AWESOME she is - that a patient/mom is willing to continue to follow her wherever she is in order to receive superior service. Dr.Benjamin is very knowledgeable and caring. She always has a big smile on her face! I had her when my teenage daughters were little and now have her for my newborn son. Best in the area!
