Made a phone enquiry (July 9, 2023) to Rob about signing two sets of power of attorney and last will (drafted by another lawyer) and was quoted $300. Rob was aware the last will was drafted by another lawyer. We went to his office on July 11, 2023, and after signing the power of attorney, he said he could not sign the last will because it was drafted by another lawyer.
