PA Ellie Pam did recently my total skin check for skin cancer. I have a very fair skin and did my skin damage during college ( tanning bed membership). She made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions. I did not feel Ed rushed. She sample a spot of my skin for biopsy ( it did looked suspicious). She was very gentle with the lidocaine ( numbing ) injection. It didn even feel it. Very professional. I usually see Dr Romano but I would highly recommend Ellie Nam.

Little wait, procedure done with no pain or other issues. The MD called back with the results and referred me to the surg MD, no problems, excellent care!

The doctor was nice, but scheduling follow-up appointments is terrible. Wait on the phone forever, nobody picks up, call a different office, have to be transferred multiple times before you get to the right office, only to sit on hold forever again, and you can't actually find or talk to the right person. Find a better Dermatology office, folks.
