My therapist recently left the practice. On the afternoon of the appt they shared the news and also said the had emailed and texted, the office staff had not. I asked them for what I was looking for, they never called back with information to be reassigned to a new clinician. As a therapist, that was poor customer care.
Nicole has been treating me for a year and a half now. She has given me my life back as I fight anxiety and depression. She is more than my therapist to me as I feel like she truly cares about me and can help Me through a very difficult situation by seeing things at a different angle!
